Our Gin
The initial taste of our gin confirms that it is a gin (there are some gins that are almost a flavoured vodka), hence the juniper comes out first, after which the other ingredients, including citrus, coriander and lavender, start to emerge. Our thoughts are towards lingering Provencal sunsets, warm sun by the pool, or under a cafe umbrella in the square of local village. We want a gin that is ‘unapologetically’ Provençal!
Our vodka
Our vodka is clear and hand-made, we use only three ingredient, the finest French wheat neutral grain spirit as the base, provence mineral water, and in homage to Anna’s Estonia routes, we use local honey to soften the vodka onto the pallet, this honey carries the notes of garrigue!
